I won an auction for a Wings West kit on ebay in November. Here's the url for the item: [ http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=597878309&ed=1005971168 ] I had e-mailed the seller several times to ask questions and read all of his feedback (all positive), and was satisfied that he was a legitimate seller. I sent him $655 for the item including shipping on November 26th, via Paypal. A month later, I hadn't received the kit so I e-mailed him back and he said it had shipped two weeks ago. He then e-mailed me later and said the "factory" hadn't shipped it yet - that they were back-ordered and it would take a little while longer. I told him to keep me informed. Well, it has been 2 months since I have sent payment and I still don't even know if the kit will be shipped at all. A week ago, I asked him for my money back, but he has yet to reply. I looked at the fraud protection services on ebay and paypal, but they are very minimal at best. Ebay protects up to $200, minus a $25 fee. Paypal says that we have to file a complaint WITHIN 30 days after sending the money. So what are my options? Am I screwed? Anyone with experience, please help. Siddo (Korea)
